  • What experiences have made you into the person who is not ready to acquire a medical education?
  • What made you realize medicine was right for you?
  • What changes made you become a person that you would want your doctor to be like?
  • Who have you met along your journey and how have they influenced you?
  • What intellectual or academic challenges have you faced and learned from?
  • What has caused you to grow emotionally to develop compassion, kindness, and empathy?
  • When were there times that you were wrong? What made you change the way you thought?
  • What moment's are you not proud of? How has your reflection of those moments influenced your mindset; what did you learn from them?
